When Maudlin’s magic goes on the fritz, chaos descends at the Bewitching Bedlam. First, Aegis gets stuck in bat form—a very squeaky, verbose bat. Bubba ends up showing his all-too-gorgeous and slightly lecherous human side. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves descend on the B&B, only Snow White turns out to be a porn star, and the seven dwarves are her lecherous co-stars. But then, the magical shenanigans take a dark turn when Maudlin finds herself under suspicion for destroying the favorite boy-toy of the Vampire Queen. With Aegis unable to help her, Maddy must face the dark haunts of the Northwest Vampire Court, desperate to prove that she’s the victim of a powerful hex, cast by someone determined to get her out of the way.
